We have a mature and professional project management team covered 30 people, all the project engineers have more than 3 years’ experience in molds design and 5 years’ experience in molds projects management, and they are fluent in English communication.

In every step, we have strict process to follow and have standard documents to submit to customers, such as the DFM and Mold flow in project kicking off stage, then weekly progress report during molds manufacturing stage, and mold trial reports, trial video, samples measurement report after first mold trial.

A: Our design engineers have over 8 years’ experience and project engineers have 2 years’ experience of mold design and 5 years’ experience of following up project.

2. Q: Who are your major customers?

A: Shouju has cooperated with many tire 1 customers such as: Antolin, Marreli,BOSCH and Continental.

3. Q: How you make sure tooling quality and aftersales warranty service?

A: Each insert and component of tooling will be inspected to check if it’s controlled within tolerance before it sends to next process, before mold shipping, our QC team will recheck the tooling completely make sure quality. We have mold partner in America, Mexico and Brazil, European customers bill be covered by our European company to provide prompt service.

We have 50 design engineers; the molds design capability is 120pcs per month.

SJ factories equipped with a number of high-end equipment to ensure processing accuracy, inspection efficiency and production stability, such as CNC machine includes Mikron, AgieCharmilles, YASDA; EDM machines and wire cutting machines includes Makino and Sodick, and Measurement machines Zeiss CMM and Hexagon CMM; Injection machine includes Fanuc, Toshiba, Sumitomo, Arburg, Engel, etc.
