1. We made a lot of gears injection mold with different sizes and colors. The resin is POM, it has big shrinkage, so it is very critical to control the dimension. Normally we check the dimension again after molding 48 hours.
2. In order to meet the AGMA requirement, the gears manufacture accuracy and stability is very important. Sometimes we build prototype mold first to validate the precision. After that continue to manufacture production mold.
