Talking about the phenomenon that the injection mold cannot be opened
Aug 30, 2021
First: Improper adjustment of the mechanical origin of the mold clamping when the injection molding machine leaves the factory. It's too far forward, causing the organization to get stuck. If you often can’t open the mold, you should suspect this aspect and find a manufacturer to adjust it.
Second: The institution is still stuck. This is not the first case for the old machine, and this case should be suspected. Generally, the mold clamping force is adjusted too large, such as 1700 kg, and other habits are not good, such as not opening the mold for a long time, and the system degeneration is not good. In the final analysis, this problem is the technician's tuning habits and parameter problems. The solution is very troublesome, it is necessary to remove or loosen the fixing nut on the cross bar
Third: The oil seal of the mold clamping cylinder is damaged and leaks, causing the actual mold opening pressure to not rise. For this reason, the pressure gauge is useless, and the cylinder must be removed for inspection.
Fourth: The valve core of the mold opening solenoid valve does not move well, or is stuck, and the valve core is not in place. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve for inspection.
Fifth: See if the parameter design is appropriate and the pressure is not high enough.
Sixth: There may be a problem with the lubrication of the clamping system. Check and maintain.
The inability to open the mold is an annoying problem in production. It is not often produced, but it takes a long time to process it once.
Precaution:
In order to prevent mold failure, the following precautions must be taken:
1. Calculate the clamping force correctly, not as big as possible.
2. Do not maintain the high-pressure mold clamping state when the machine is shut down, remember to remember.
3. In the event of a power failure in the clamping state, deal with it in time, and loosen the crosshead nut before it takes a long time.
4. Check the mechanical oil frequently, and do not block the solenoid valve with impurities or iron filings.
5. Check the lubrication of the clamping system, and not cut off the oil to cause the guide rod to puncture.
