Project Management


Standardized process and on time delivery


We have a mature and professional project management team covered 30 people, all the project engineers have more than 3 years' experience in molds design and 5 years' experience in molds projects management, and they are fluent in English communication.


In every step, we have strict process to follow and have standard documents to submit to customers, such as:

1. Mold Manufacturing: IQC, IPQC, OQC

2. Production: IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC

3. Quality Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPK/CPK, Control Plan, Flow-Chart, QC seven tools, QFD, IMDS, REACH, WEE

4. Special for medical production: Process validation, MSDS, FDA, CE, ROHS, COC, Batch tracking management, clean room management.

Operational process validation that IQ, OQ, PQ for the medical device, which to ensure the stabilized quality in mass production.

Validation overview

IQ

1) Verification of the qualification of the Operator, Injection machine, Measurement equipment, Resin material, Mould(Tools) and Production environment
2) Define which mould will be verified on a specific injection machine
3) Verify Utilities and Environment prior to OQ/PQ testing

OQ

1) Define acceptance criteria for Operation Qualification
2) Test the lower, upper injection parameter according to Standard trial mould procedure and history experience
3) Run the upper and lower limit for at least 4 hours, measurement of the CTQ dimension and appearance inspection (attributes)
4) If the inspection result is out of spec, investigate and establish a corrective action, re-run the process batches using the lower and upper limit parameter again
5) Setting the nominal parameter according to the result of successful run upper and lower parameter, and Scientific trial mould procedure in T1, T2;

PQ

1) Define the acceptance criteria of PQ
2) Run three batch (four hours each) at the nominal setting
3) Measure and verify the CTQ dimension and study the CPK for three batches
4) Inspect the appearance of the product in three batches


Class 8 Clean Room


Promise the quality


Class 8 clean room with 68 sets fully imported high precision injection machine. The brand is Sumitomo, Toshiba, Fanuc, TOYO etc. The environment and quality system is controlled strictly by ISO13485.



Good at Big Project Management



1. In the early stage of the project, SJ professional MF and DFM technical engineers will provide technical support;

2. Once the project kick off, there will be a special team to serve the large mold project. In SJ Group, total 50 designer, 36 project engineers, 25 tooling engineers, 220 tool maker, 55 quality engineers;

3. Before the project kick off, SJ will organize sales engineer, project engineer, technician, designer and tool maker to conduct preliminary communication;

4. Mold shipping does not mean the end of SJ service, SJ will fast response the customer's demands base on SJ world service system. SJ Europe, SJ America and SJ Mexico will take care of after sales service for our global customer, we will be right there, no matter when or where the customer contact us.

SJ Group offer DFM and Mold flow report to support customer's product development.

DFM Report includes parting line, Gate location and type, Ejection, Part layout and mould structure, Draft angle check, Wall thickness analysis, Surface treatment, Engraving, Tolerance study, Part issue and suggestion etc.

Mold Flow Report includes Material Data, Process Suggestion, Runner and gate Design, Wall Thickness, Filling Video, Injection Temperature, V/P Switchover, Injection pressure, Clamping force, Shear Rate, Volumetric shrinkage, Sink marks, Weld line, Air trap, Deflection etc.
