Blood Tube Plastic Injection Tools
1. 32 cavity blood tube with 32 drops Husky hot runner with valve gate. The resin is PET.
2. Cycle time is 9 seconds only. We built over 40 sets cavity molds each year with fast cooling and short cycle time.
3. Normally the eccentricity achieved is 0.15mm, but we can make it within 0.1mm.
4. Normaly what we guranty mold life is 1 million. This wanrranty is 2 million shots for this mold. But it can exceed even 10 million shots if you maintain well in your plant. Just need to replace some wearing parts.
