Q: Do you manufacture the needed injection tool all by yourself?
A: Yes, we have a tool workshop with more than 200 workers. We can design and build more than 1000 sets molds each year.
Q: How long do you need to build a tool? When can get the first samples after we place the order?
A: It depends on the product complex. Normally we need about two weeks for the mold design. The manufacturing of the tool will cost us about 5 to 8 weeks. So you can get the first samples 10 weeks after you place the order. If the part is small and simple, then we need about 6 weeks.
Q: How can you guarantee the quality of the plastic parts?
A: First, a high quality mold is the basement of good quality plastic parts. All the molds for the production will be designed and built by our own factory. This make sure we can control the mold quality very well. Second, our machine park for part production is equipped with top-class injection machines and advanced facilities. All the injection machines are made in Japan. Third, we have a professional team with long time experiences in plastic injection and molding. We can deal with most kinds of injection and molding problems and deliver high quality products.
