SJ Group has over 35 years’ experience in 2K shot plastics injection moulding design and producing. We made varied types of complicated 2K mould and 2K component for different customers , currently, we’ve supported many customers with successful complicated automotive 2K plastics injection moulds, good design, reliable quality ad prompt manufacture time help us acquired many good feedback from customers.

SJ Group is qualified with the certificates of ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO13485. 

All the molds SJ made include these 19 documents/data when shipping. The disk cover these data will ship together with the mold, and we also uploaded the data to FTP site for easy downloading.

We have a mature and professional project management team covered 30 people, all the project engineers have more than 3 years’ experience in molds design and 5 years’ experience in molds projects management, and they are fluent in English communication.

In every step, we have strict process to follow and have standard documents to submit to customers, such as the DFM and Mold flow in project kicking off stage, then weekly progress report during molds manufacturing stage, and mold trial reports, trial video, samples measurement report after first mold trial.

SJ factories equipped with a number of high-end equipment to ensure processing accuracy, inspection efficiency and production stability, such as CNC machine includes Mikron, AgieCharmilles, YASDA; EDM machines and wire cutting machines includes Makino and Sodick, and Measurement machines Zeiss CMM and Hexagon CMM; Injection machine includes Fanuc, Toshiba, Sumitomo, Arburg, Engel, etc.
