Q1) What is the material you used for the molds?

Germany brand H13 steel for cavity and core, and stainless steel local 420H for A/B plate.

Q2) What injection machine do you have for mold trial?

We have Husky 500T & TOYO 350T injection machine for high cavity pump mold.

Also we have Sumitomo /Funuc/Toshiba injection machine, the tonnage is from 50T to 180T, which can test the mold with less cavity.

We have 50 design engineers, the molds design capability is 120pcs per month.
