Germany brand steel H13 for cavity and core, and P20 or local 420H for mold base.
It all depends on your requirement.
If you are not familiar with the steel type, just tell us the mold life, we can recommend the specification.
Q2) What is the lead time for an IML cup mold?
2-3 weeks for mold design and 6-8 weeks for the molds manufacturing, 3-4 weeks for molds correction, then ship molds to customer 1-2 week by air, 3-4 weeks by train (Europe), 4-5 weeks by sea. Contact us for your target time plan, we are able to support your tight schedule.
