SJ Group has specialized in servicing customers with high precision packaging injection molds for over 35 years. Based on mold building experience, right now we have over 100 world class mold machining equipment and experienced project team. Multi-cavities and thin-wall molds playing an important role in packaging field. Caps of bottle is a massive demand currently, below tie bar is part ranged in the packaging precision molding as well.

Many famous international packaging customer are our main customer, Aptar, Rieke，Jokey, Unilever,our customers include (Jokey, Unilever, and Rubbermaid), who have found our thin-wall packaging molds solution is superior in cycle time and quality while saving them around 10% cost from working with us.

All the molds SJ made include these 19 documents/data when shipping. We will collected these files into a disk and ship it together with the mold, and we also uploaded the data to FTP site for easy download.

DFM Report includes parting line, Gate location and type, Ejection, Part layout and mould structure, Draft angle check, Wall thickness analysis, Surface treatment, Engraving, Tolerance study, Part issue and suggestion etc.

Mold Flow Report includes Material Data, Process Suggestion, Runner and gate Design, Wall Thickness, Filling Video, Injection Temperature, V/P Switchover, Injection pressure, Clamping force, Shear Rate, Volumetric shrinkage, Sink marks, Weld line, Air trap, Deflection etc.

We have 50 design engineers; the molds design capability is 120pcs per month.
