A: Our design engineers have over 8 years’ experience and project engineers have 2 years’ experience of mold design and 5 years’ experience of following up project.
2. Q: How you make sure tooling quality and aftersales warranty service?
A: Each insert and component of tooling will be inspected to check if it’s controlled within tolerance before it sends to next process, before mold shipping, our QC team will recheck the tooling completely make sure quality. We have mold partner in America, Mexico and Brazil, European customers bill be covered by our European company to provide prompt service.
3. Q: How do you manage the project?
A: Manage projects combine with project management processes and project management manuals.
4. Q: What is the warranty life of your moulds?
A: Usually is 12 month or the warranty shots, it depends on which arrives first.
