3. Normally what we used the raw material is PC, PCTG, PA12, ABS.

4. Core advantage is multi-cavity mold and fast cycle time to improve production volume and lower the unit part price.

34 years focusing in plastic injection molds

We build over 400 sets E-cigarettes plastic injection molds. The maximaum cavity wehat we built in E-cigarettes is 64 cavity with 13 seconds only. We cooperated with most of our customers over 6 years like Smoore, Firstunion, JWEI, Smiss, YOOZ etc. They take the end customer to our plant to audit the production and quality control. We control the quality based on our experience of ISO13485. Always take the good action to make tracebility.
