SJ Group has 35 years’ experience in plastic injection molds for automotive components. We made varied types of Speaker Grill injection mold for different customer and applied in different car brands, such as Audi, BMW, Benz etc. The speak grilles shape and holes are different for different car brands, SJ Group has the experience in more than 45 types of grilles and holes, we knew the draft angels requires for different size of holes and different types of textures. 

We have a mature and professional project management team covered 30 people, all the project engineers have more than 3 years’ experience in molds design and 5 years’ experience in molds projects management, and they are fluent in English communication.

In every step, we have strict process to follow and have standard documents to submit to customers, such as the DFM and Mold flow in project kicking off stage, then weekly progress report during molds manufacturing stage, and mold trial reports, trial video, samples measurement report after first mold trial. 

We have two after sales tool shops in USA and one in Mexico、Brazil、Russia, one branch company in Germany, and six tool shops partners in Europe.

The company is equipped with a number of high-end equipment to ensure processing accuracy, inspection efficiency and production stability, such as CNC machine includes Mikron, AgieCharmilles, YASDA; EDM machines and wire cutting machines includes Makino and Sodick, and Measurement machines Zeiss CMM and Hexagon CMM; Injection machine includes Fanuc, Toshiba, Sumitomo, Arburg, Engel, etc.
