1. Top-class facility which ensures the process accuracy, inspection efficiency and production stability. For CNC machines we have the brands such as Mikron, AgieCharmilles and YASDA; For EDM machines and wire cutting machines we have Makino and Sodick. For Measurement machines we have Zeiss CMM and Hexagon CMM. For Injection machines we have Fanuc, Toshiba, Sumitomo, Arburg and Engel.

2. Rich experience in project management. We have 35 project managers and 25 project engineers. They will follow the project process and make sure the molds are built according to the mold drawings and the client's requirements. Most important, we have rich management experiences for big projects. That means we can manufacture a big project with more than 30 set molds. We have a special team to follow up big projects.

3. Strong ability for design and mold building. We have 50 mold designers with rich experiences. Their average work experience as a designer is more than 8 years. So we can design perfect molds with perfect cooling and demolding solutions. We have 200 skilled tool makers. We can build high precision molds with tight tolerance and complex molds such as 2k molds, multi-cavity molds, stack molds and T-molds etc.

4. We can offer strong technical support. Before a project starts we can offer DFM and Mold flow report for our customers for reference. We can also offer technical support for the mold modifications or improvements.
