Two Shot Moulding

SJ group has specialised in two shot moulding for over 35 years, medical, automotive and packaging are both demanding two shot parts, it also been widely called 2 K moulding.

We cooperated with lots of tier 1 and tier 2 companies, such as Antolin, Marelli, Bosch, Continental etc. We keep good partnership with them for more than 10 years.

We have two after sales tool shops in USA and one in Mexico, one branch company in Germany, and six tool shops partners in Europe. 

In the past 3 decades, we made many projects and developed a lot with customer support, SJ will do a customer satisfaction survey twice a year in order to give a better service and cooperation experience, experience technical team, prompt support and stable quality helped our team received lots of good feedback from customers.

Q: How many years of experience do your project engineers and design engineers have?

A: Our design engineers have over 8 years’ experience and project engineers have 2 years’ experience of mold design and 5 years’ experience of following up project.

Q: Who are your major customers?

A: Shouju has cooperated with many tire 1 customers such as: Antolin, Marreli,BOSCH and Continental.

Q: How you make sure tooling quality and aftersales warranty service?

A: Each insert and component of tooling will be inspected to check if it’s controlled within tolerance before it sends to next process, before mold shipping, our QC team will recheck the tooling completely make sure quality. We have mold partner in America, Mexico and Brazil, European customers bill be covered by our European company to provide prompt service.
