Good at Big Project Management
1. In the early stage of the project, SJ professional MF and DFM technical engineers will provide technical support；
2. Once the project kick off, there will be a special team to serve the large mold project. In SJ Group, total 50 designer, 36 project engineers, 25 tooling engineers, 220 tool maker, 55 quality engineers；
3. Before the project kick off, SJ will organize sales engineer, project engineer, technician, designer and tool maker to conduct preliminary communication；
4. Mold shipping does not mean the end of SJ service, SJ will fast response the customer's demands base on SJ world service system. SJ Europe, SJ America and SJ Mexico will take care of after sales service for our global customer, we will be right there, no matter when or where the customer contact us.

Q1) What is the material we used for the molds?
Germany brand H13, 1.2344 steel for cavity and core, and P20 for A/B plate.
Q2) What is the lead time for a normal speak grille mold?
It is 2-3 weeks for DFM/Mold flow, 1-2 weeks for mold design and 5-8 weeks for the molds manufacturing, 3-4 weeks for molds correction, then ship molds to customer one week by air, 3-4 weeks by train (Europe), 4-5 weeks by sea. Contact us for your target time plan, we are able to support your tight schedule.
Q3) What is our company's warranty policy and returns procedure? Free of charge for replacement if it is our fault. Customer can return product back, or supply evidence about the problem, then we will do repair or replacement for customer.
Q4) When do we do quality control in the process?
The Quality Dept. follow up each project from Steel/components Incoming inspection to mold package inspection. Each mold part will be check after rough/SEMI/finish machine . Also the samples will be check after mold trial.
Q5) What is your lead time to make small mould and big mould? Show example？
Generally speaking, for 100-300Kg mold, without concern the mold complexity,only need 6 weeks. 300-500Kg (8 weeks) , 500-1000 Kg (9 weeks), 1000-1600kg (12 weeks). 0ver 1600Kg (14 weeks)
