1.What is your lead time to make small mould and big mould? Show examples:

--- Generally speaking, for 100-300Kg mold, without concern the mold complexity, only need 6 weeks. 300-500Kg (8 weeks) , 500-1000 Kg (9 weeks), 1000-1600Kg(12 weeks). 0ver 1600Kg (14 weeks)

2. How many projects / tools can you manage at the same time ?

--- In design department: 50 SETS

--- In manufacturing department: 60 SETS

3. Do you have experience with special processes (Gas injection, 1 core / 2 cavities, …)

   larger than 400).

5. Do you have mold maker partner in Europe? How can we manage after sales service?

    ---- At this moment, we have no mold maker partner in Europe. Concerning the after sales service, we will tracking the mold conditions after the mold shipped to customer and if the mold have some problems. We will handle with it together with customer and try our best to find the solution to resolve the problems. And we have an office in Germany and can help to apply technical support and after sales service.

DFM Report includes parting line, Gate location and type, Ejection, Part layout and mould structure, Draft angle check, Wall thickness analysis, Surface treatment, Engraving, Tolerance study, Part issue and suggestion etc.

Mold Flow Report includes Material Data, Process Suggestion, Runner and gate Design, Wall Thickness, Filling Video, Injection Temperature, V/P Switchover, Injection pressure, Clamping force, Shear Rate, Volumetric shrinkage, Sink marks, Weld line, Air trap, Deflection etc.
