SJ Group has 34 years’ experience in plastic injection molds. we have rich experience in clean room injection molding. For example cardiovascular, Laboratory consumables, Microfluidic chips, T-Branch connector, Hemodialysis component. We not only provide molding but also assembly. All of the process will be done in class 8 clean room. We have 3 clean rooms with 3500 square meters. The third party validate our clean room every year. We are specialized in insert molding, 2 shot molding, thin wall molding, overmolding etc.

SJ Group factory has the certificates of ISO9001, IATF16949 and ISO13485. 

We have a mature and professional project management team covered 30 people, all the project engineers have more than 3 years’ experience in molds design and 5 years’ experience in molds projects management, and they are fluent in English communication.

In every step, we have strict process to follow and have standard documents to submit to customers, such as the DFM and Mold flow in project kicking off stage, then weekly progress report during molds manufacturing stage, and mold trial reports, trial video, samples measurement report after first mold trial. 

We have two after sales tool shops in USA and one in Mexico, one branch company in Germany, and six tool shops partners in Europe.
